i enjoy reading your letter. it looks like you really love your national traditions. as for me i have never tried irish stew and it is difficult for me to imagine what it is like.

i do not like cooking. i think it is not my thing as i usually spoil food instead of making something tasty. i think russian traditional meal is pelmeny. even though it originated in syberia, all russian people love it. some have a family tradition to gather together in the kitchen to make pelmeny. people make pelmeny using dough and stuffing its small pieces with grounded meat; then they boil them for 7-10 minutes.

actually, not all russian people eat borsch and kasha every day because the variety of tasty food is significant. since borsch and kasha ingredients are widely available and relatively cheap, many families have to eat them because of low economic status.

how often do you visit your grandparents? what do you usually do together? are there any sights in brighton?

Nowadays there are two serious problems on the earth: endangered animals and pollution. when you throw something on the ground, it stays there for a long time. a banana peel stays in the ground for about 2 weeks, wool socks stays in the ground like 5 years, a plastic bag for 100 years and a glass bottle stays in the ground for a million years. do you think about this when you throw something on the ground? it's absolutely illegal. and it's a crime for humanity. when you do something like that, you destroy your own house! and other preoblem that i'm concerned with is the endangering of animals. one of animals like that is orangutan. on island of borneo rainforests are cut down every minute of every day. rainforest ia the hous for orangutans. without that orangutans would die. i think people who are doing these must be punished. and people who are polluting te environment must be isolated.
