In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. crack eggs in pan and cook to desired firmness. just before eggs are cooked, place a slice of cheese over each egg. after cheese has melted, place each egg on a toasted slice of bread. season eggs with salt and pepper. spread mayonnaise and ketchup on remaining slices of bread. serve warm. в большой сковороде растопите сливочное масло на среднем огне. разбейте  яйца на сковородку  и варить до желаемой твердости.  пока яйца готовятся, поместите кусочек сыра над каждым яйцом. после того как сыр  расплавится, поместите каждое яйцо на поджаренный ломтик хлеба.  приправе яйца   солью и перцем.  намажьте майонез и кетчуп на другие ломтики хлеба подавать теплым.

Scones (булочки с изюмом)   for scones you’ll need:   350g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 75g butter 1 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of raisins 1 egg           what to do:   1.    mix the flour and baking powder 2.    add the butter, sugar, raisins, an egg and milk 3.    roll out the pastry to about 1cm thick 4.    cut into rounds 5.    bake 15-20 minutes in a hot oven                             enjoy your scones
