This drama is about a kumiho who settles in a city and a producer who hunts him. Kumiho Yi Yeon (Lee Dong Wook) was a living deity in the mountain range of Mount Paekdu, but then received the position of a transmission link between the world of living people and the other world. His main task is to restore order among those who disturb the peace of the living, hiding behind the mask of ghost tales. In human form, he boasts stunning looks, intelligence and great athletic ability, but at the same time, he is overconfident and can be violent at times. He meets the ambitious director-producer Nam Ji Ah (Jo Bo Ah), who is completely fearless when it comes to creating unique content. Yi Yeon's stepbrother, Yi Ran (Kim Bom) is the most dangerous gumiho, who has a deep contempt for humans despite living among them. Sometimes he seduces people by promising to fulfill their desires, for which they end up paying a huge price.
