present simple это только to be(am, is, are) или глагол с окончанием s( только для he, she, it). когда мы строим вопросительные предложения и в предложении нету to be тогда у нас появляется do(we, you, they) and does(he, she, it). аналогично и к отрицательным предложениям, а также используем not отрицательную частичку
