Well diet reviews i have found that most of the nutritional supplements you get over the counter are garbage (actually i wanted to use another word). those of us who have fought in the nutritional trenches have heard more than one incident from the sewer man who can tell you of all the undigested health supplement pills recovered from the sewer, many of which still had the brand name clearly visible well diet reviews on the pill. guess what? those undigested vitamins did not do the buyer any good and were a complete waste of their hard earned money. that is another reason fruit and vegetables are better nutritionally, you can digest and absorb them .
