In a few words I want to tell a story that I read in an article about the flood. One of the people decided to try to order a fence that could prevent flooding of his house. He ordered a huge hose, spending a lot of money on it. It had to be laid out around the house and filled with water. This man did not believe that anything would come of it, just as his neighbors did not believe either. A lot of money was spent on this, but more than that, it helped to save the house.
