1. i think that students in the u.k. are in a better financial position than students in russia. because in the u.k schools and other education places more comfortable and have a lot of a new modern technologies.its mean,that students in the u.k. haven't any problem with opportunity of education.they can have free wifi ,free computer class and other.it is haven't in russia in a lot of number of schools.
