Перевести: участие молодых людей в жизни общества является необходимым. я считаю, что молодежные объединения являются основой развития таких важных качеств у молодых людей как лидерство, ответственность, саморазвитие и др. во-первых, у молодых людей появляется возможность объединиться и общаться с ровесниками, обсуждать вопросы спорта, культуры. при этом они учатся не только делиться мыслями и идеями, но и слушать других, делать самостоятельные выводы. более того, объединяясь в одну организацию, они приобретают чувство защищенности и соучастия в решении проблем других молодых людей. решая проблемы других людей, они всегда смогут найти самостоятельной решение сложных вопросов в своей личной жизни. во-вторых, молодежные организации позволяют эффективно формулировать и сообщать проблемы и интересы молодежи государству. тем самым у молодежи повышается уровень правовой культуры, гражданской активности. государство же выявляет молодых лидеров, формирует кадровый резерв, разрабатывает программы в поддержку молодежи. но, есть конечно же проблемы, связанные с финансированием деятельности таких объединений; а также с тем, что всегда должен во главе движения опытный руководитель. но в целом, можно сказать, что молодежные организации играют важную роль в жизни общества. целью таких организаций является поиск совместных решений, защита интересов молодежи.

The participation of youg people in society is necessary. i believe that the youth groups are the basis for the development of such important qualities in youg people leadership, responsibility, self-development etc. first, young people have the opportunity to unite and communicate with peers to discuss issues of sport culture. they learn not only to share thoughts and ideas, but to listen to others, to make their own conclusions. moreover, joining together in one organization, they acquire a sense of security and participation in solving the problems of other young people. solving other people's problems, they will always be able to find independent solutions to complex issues in his personal life. secondly, youth organizatoins effectively formulate and communicate the concerns and interests of young people in the stale. thus young people increases the level of legal culture, civic engagement. the state identifies young leaders, forms the personnel reserve, is developing a programme to support young people. but, there are of course problems associated with financing activities of such associations; and that should always be at the head of the movement experienced manager. but overall, we can say that youth organizations play an important role in society. the purpose of these organizations is the search for joint solutions to protect the interests of young people.
