Специальный вопрос начинается с вопросительного слова и задается с целью получения более подробной уточняющей информации. вопросительное слово в специальном вопросе заменяет член предложения, к которому ставится вопрос.специальный вопрос начинается с вопросительных слов (what, where, when, who, why, how, which, и тд)строится спец. вопрос (кроме вопроса к подлежащему)  так - вопросительное слово+ глагол+подлежащее+остальные члены предложения.например: where does he live? what is she doing? why are they smiling? пример вопроса к подлежащему: who wakes up early?   самое просто - это построение спец. вопроса к подлежащему. мы смотрим на предложение. например. tom wakes up early. закрываем рукой подлежащее том и заменяем его на вопрос who.
