Alot of things can be improved in a hospital. first, conditions in the wards can be improved.  new beds and bed linen can be bought. air-conditioners can be installed to make the air inside the building  better. if possible better and more efficient medicine should be used. new technology can be used at a larger scale. food is usually very bad in hospitals, so more tasty food should be offered to the patients. salaries of doctors should be raised too. nurses and paramedics should also get a higher pay. doctors who work at nights should really work, not sleep.
