ну must это более грубая форма когда тебе что то настоятельно рекомендуют. делать или когда какое то действие это твоя прямая обязанность.(я должен делать уроки и ходить в школу)

а have если тебе надо что то делать из за каких то обстоятельств ( типа сок разлился и я должен его убрать )
