If a cd player stopped working the next day you have a right to change it to a new one or get your money back. go to the shop, but remember - you must have a check. it will help you to proove that you have bought a player there. also you'll have to bring the pakage.  you mustn't be rude to the shops stuff - people will help you anyway, but if you are polite, it will improove your chances. but in case if you   broke the thing by yourself, you don't have a chek or players box -  shop doesn't have to make a change or money returning. good luck!
