щоб бути здоровим, треба їсти корисні продукти. наприклад, овочі та фрукти, м'ясо та інші.

але треба пам'ятати, що є білки, жири, вуглеводи. вони підтримують наше здоров'я, але якщо їх їсти і не багато, і не мало.

так, може здатися що не можна їсти чіпси, картоплю фрі, сухарики та інше. ні! якщо їх їсти не кожен день, а раз в тиждень, то це не буде шкідливо для здоровья.

також важливо, як харчуватися. треба їсти не швидко, добре жувати їжу. та обов'язкого їсти маленькими порціями та часто.

їжте різнообразно!
