Complete the sentence with the past simple or past passive form of the verbs take and hold: he … to the police station and … in custody for eight hours.

he was taken to the police station and hold in custody for eight hours.

 

совсем необязательно 2 раза в предложении писать "was" (was taken and was hold), тут хватает одного "was" в начале.
