thank you for your letter! it was great to hear from you.

 

in your last letter you asked me to tell you about russian food. ok, i can talk for hours on this topic. people in russia used to eat some simple dishes. it may be pasta, fried or boiled potatoes or rice with any meat (for example chicken). and it's constantly as i know.

i think that our traditional dishes are pancakes and pelmeni. everyone likes them!

you mentioned about holiday. where do you usualy spend it? how long is your holiday? do you always have a rest with these friends?
