my favourite dish is baked new potatoes. this dish is simple and delicious. i cook it myself.

first i wash and dry about 20 new potatoes. i don't peel them. then i put them in a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, some sea salt, a little ground black pepper and a little rosemary. after that i stir the potatoes and leave them for 10 minutes. meanwhile i turn on the oven and cover a baking tin with parchment paper. when the oven is hot, i put all the potatoes into the baking tin and place the tin in the oven.

in 40-50 minutes the dish is ready to serve.
