everyone wants's to be healthy and live a lon time.but how can we do? some advice for a long and heathy life:

1.be positive.

2.do some exercise every day.

3.eat more fish,green vegetables,carrots,fruit,spices and sweet potatoes.

of course,don't eat any bad fats-like fats in sweets,fried food and meat.don't ese much oil in cooking.if you use oil,use a good one like olive oil.and avoid deep-fried food! eat well,live an active,be positive-and you'll live a long time!
