(i can only answer №2 other info is missing) now great countries in cleanness are australia and canada, but taxes really high. not so clean is indonesia, india, but jobs pay pretty well (if engineer) russia is good for both clean and good jobs. america has many possibilities but it is quite hard to earn a lot of money. malasya and singapore are also pretty good with jobs and cleanness. it was quite calm in america 100 yrs. ago but europe had lots of wars, so canada and america were the calmest.
