Правильно ли это сказано? "their instincts are getting blunted and their immunity wanes". подразумевалось "их инстинкты притупляются, и иммунитет ослабевает".

Думаю, правильнее будет сказать наоборот ( their immunity wanes and their instincts are getting blunted ) для того, что бы правильно поняли.
