Мне нужно написать несложное письмо доктору. описать ситуацию при которой я почувствовала себя плохо (простудилась), симптомы (температура, болит горло, голова) и попросить совета по лечению.

Some days ago i went skiing and i got a cold cause of this. after that day i felt well but in two days i suddenly started feeling  awful. i had a sore throat, the temperature was high and   i couldn't do anything with it. i also felt sick. i hope that you will help me and advise some medicine.
