dear all!

i received your letter! it is a very interesting work for me!   i want to be a volunteer! i am a student of a vet college and i know a little how to deal with animals. i want to find out the following information: when will this work start? how long is it going to take? what animals are we going to move? are you going to give rooms for volunteers?   if not can i rent a room somewhere? how many volunteers are you going to take?

your work is a good  opportunity for me   to acquire new skills. i am a good student. i am well-organized and   responsible.   i hope you will give me this chance. i hope you will answer me.
