Local government used to pay 300 000$ for a huge project. the main purporse is to repair and restorate historically important buildings. government  won good support among those people who wished to a repair a range of buildings. in most cases restoring an old building is often way cheaper than building. but it's not always true. even nowadays historical restoration is a very important but a very difficult task. historic buildings can be found everywhere and they are in need of repair or new use.
