Пассивная форма создается по такой структуре  be   +  глагол  +  -ed  (или из третьей колонки в таблице неправильных глаголов).  могу ошибаться , но : 1) is  protected.2) is banned.3) is controlled.4) is changed.ну и по такому примеру. слово be меняешь  зависимости от   времени.
