Hi! there are lots of ways you can keep fit. there are different types of exercise, for instance cardio workouts strengthen your heart and means you can do more exercise without getting out of breath. this includes things like running and rowing. however, it is also important to keep your muscles strong and this includes exercises that involve weights. making your joints supple is also important and things like yoga and pilates are really great for this!
