Yoga is a very popular activity and lots of people practise it nowadays. there is an opinion, however, that to be in this activity you should start yoga in early childhood. success this is not true! you can start yoga at any time in your life. what you really need is enthusiasm and a good - yogis often call them a guru. train yoga is not . compete you can choose any pace that is for you. comfort the aim is not to win but to make your body flexible and strong. it’s definitely to improve your body in a few days. possible it may take lots of time but it’s worth the time and effort. yoga is way to relax your mind. it is useful not only for your body, but for your mind, too. effect i was sitting in an arm-chair and watching my sister alison. she was getting ready for a party. alison was 15 years than me and she always treated me like a child. old alison took her jewellery box from the table. the box of wood and had colourful stones on the top. “you know you must never touch it, right? ” alison said. make “if the box was mine, i you to touch it whenever you wanted,” i answered. alison said nothing to that. allow when she put on her jewelry, she looked like a princess. she moved gracefully as if her didn’t touch the ground. foot alison kissed me goodnight and left. i tried to resist my curiosity but . i opened the box. not/can

Present Simple
