Даты пишутся по-разному 13/01/2015 13th april april, 13 но читаются они всегда одинаково the thirteen of april т.е. с начала идет порядковое числительное с артиклем the, потом of и месяц не нужно забывать про исключения (the first, the second, the third) а так, вот ответ на твой вопрос: the thirteen of april (13th april) the twenty fifth of october (25th october) the third of june (3d june) the twenty ninth of may (25th may) the thirty first of decemcer (31st december)
